About Ottodeals

Ottodeals is an online marketplace that connects individuals and automobile dealers for the buying and selling of used vehicles. Sellers may list their vehicles on the platform, subject to manual verification and approval by Ottodeals. Buyers may browse approved listings and purchase leads to obtain the seller's contact information. Ottodeals acts solely as a marketplace and does not own, buy, sell, inspect, or guarantee any vehicle listed on the platform.

Eligibility

Only individuals who are 18 years of age or older and are legally competent to enter into binding contracts may register and use the platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

User Registration

To access certain features of the platform, users must create an account. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities carried out through their accounts. Users must notify Ottodeals immediately if they suspect unauthorized access to their account. Ottodeals shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of a user's account.

Vehicle Listings

Users listing vehicles on Ottodeals agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information regarding their vehicles. Vehicle listings must not contain false, misleading, fraudulent, or illegal information. Sellers must have the legal authority to sell or represent the listed vehicle.

Ottodeals reserves the right to review, approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any listing at its sole discretion without prior notice if the listing violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our platform policies.

Vehicle Verification

All vehicle listings undergo manual verification before publication. Verification is conducted to improve listing quality and reduce fraudulent activity. However, verification by Ottodeals should not be interpreted as certification, warranty, or guarantee regarding ownership, condition, roadworthiness, legal status, accident history, mileage, or authenticity of any vehicle.

Buyers are solely responsible for independently inspecting and verifying any vehicle before completing a purchase.

Lead Purchase

Both registered individuals and automobile dealers may purchase leads through the platform. Seller contact information remains hidden until the successful purchase of a lead. Upon successful payment, the buyer receives the seller's contact details, and the seller receives the buyer's name and mobile number to facilitate direct communication.

Lead information is intended solely for genuine vehicle purchase inquiries. Users shall not misuse purchased contact information for marketing, spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Payments

Lead purchases are processed through authorized payment partners. By making a payment, users agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment provider.

Ottodeals does not store debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or other sensitive financial information. Payment processing is handled securely by the payment gateway.

Pricing

Ottodeals reserves the right to modify lead prices, service charges, promotional offers, or platform fees at any time without prior notice. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed before the revised pricing becomes effective.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made for lead purchases are generally non-refundable once the seller's contact information has been disclosed to the buyer.

Refund requests may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to duplicate payments, technical failures resulting in unsuccessful lead delivery, or payment processing errors. Approval of any refund request shall be at the sole discretion of Ottodeals.

No Guarantee of Sale or Purchase

Ottodeals is an online marketplace that facilitates connections between buyers and sellers of used vehicles. While we strive to provide a reliable and efficient platform, we do not guarantee that a listed vehicle will receive inquiries, be sold, or achieve any particular sale price. Similarly, purchasing a lead does not guarantee that the buyer will successfully purchase the vehicle or that the seller will complete a transaction. Any agreement for the purchase or sale of a vehicle is made solely between the buyer and the seller, and Ottodeals is not a party to such transactions.

Lead Usage Restrictions

Lead information purchased through Ottodeals is provided exclusively to the purchasing user or registered dealership for the sole purpose of contacting the seller regarding the specific vehicle listing. Users shall not resell, transfer, assign, share, publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise disclose purchased lead information to any third party without prior written consent from Ottodeals. Purchased lead information must not be used for unsolicited marketing, bulk communications, spam, data collection, or any purpose unrelated to a genuine vehicle purchase inquiry. Any misuse of lead information may result in immediate suspension or termination of the user's account, forfeiture of purchased leads without refund, and legal action where permitted by applicable law.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the platform honestly, lawfully, and responsibly. Users shall not upload false information, impersonate another person, submit forged documents, manipulate vehicle details, interfere with platform operations, distribute malicious software, or engage in fraudulent activities.

Users are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through the platform.

Prohibited Activities

Users shall not use the platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include publishing misleading advertisements, uploading offensive or illegal content, attempting unauthorized access to platform systems, scraping website data, using automated bots without permission, infringing intellectual property rights, or violating any applicable laws.

Ottodeals reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content available on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, software, trademarks, designs, and website functionality, is owned by or licensed to Ottodeals Network and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without prior written permission from Ottodeals.

Disclaimer

Ottodeals acts solely as an online marketplace facilitating communication between buyers and sellers. We do not guarantee the quality, condition, ownership, legality, mileage, availability, pricing, or suitability of any listed vehicle.

All transactions are conducted directly between buyers and sellers. Users are advised to independently inspect vehicles, verify ownership documents, confirm payment arrangements, and complete all necessary due diligence before entering into any transaction.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ottodeals, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of the platform, vehicle listings, lead purchases, user interactions, payment failures, or transactions between buyers and sellers.

Account Suspension and Termination

Ottodeals reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent or illegal activity, provides false information, abuses other users, or otherwise threatens the integrity or security of the platform.

Termination of an account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

Privacy

Collection and processing of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, users consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Modifications to the Terms

Ottodeals reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the website with the revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
